Yesterday I had an Endoscopy by Dr. Gordon. I had come to the conclusion that customer service & a caring staff was a thing of the past, till yesterday. I could not have had a better or more caring experience. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, caring & helpful. This was from the young lady that check me in all the way up to Dr. Gordon & Dr. Gaza. I cannot find one thing to fault with being there yesterday. Dr. Gordon & Dr. Gaza were both on time, explained things to me & made me very comfortable. The nurse who put... read more

Don't deserve a star review. The worst service. Why have you che k in 2p minutes early before appointment. For a two minute check in. Then wait for 40 more minutes in room for the doctor. Tired of waiting decide to leave and doctor is chit chatting with staff and not seen patients. Worst gi specialists experience

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Gordon, but his office staff is the worst; they have a bad habit of not answering the phone. Without exaggeration, I once spent 3 weeks trying to get through to them by phone without success. During that period I spent many hours on hold. I finally had to literally drive to their office just to be able to speak with someone. I don't how they stay in business.

If no stars were an option - that is what I would enter here. As I write this I am on hold AGAIN for the 2nd time today. I waited on hold for 48 minutes before an operator finally transferred to the scheduler, whom I waited another 7 mins on hold before she answered. I asked for the office manager and was told her name is Amy but the schedule said she didnt know her last name or her direct phone number (BIG RED FLAG!). I am STILL on hold for Amy.....10 minutes and counting..... I have spent more time on hold trying to schedu... read more
