I can confirm previous sentiments(Reviews)~2020 to 2023. Seems like he doesn't care what so ever. Seems like he doesn't have time nor wants to be there. Doesn't even let you know when there are life threatening health concerns that show up with your blood work results!!! I'm not sure why he wants to be a doctor other than for the money. This is not a review about recommending him or not. It's a review to warn others to stay away from Gast and find someone else if you value your health and health care.
Doesn’t take concerns seriously. I’ve been in serval times for the same issue with no help from him.
I went to Dr. Gast twice and will not be going back. He seemed as if he had no time for me and made me feel awful about coming in for real health concerns. He is the type of doctor that makes people feel silly for going in. I'm not sure why he wants to be a doctor if he doesn't want to help people. I wasted my money and will have to spend more on a new doctor that will take more than 2 minutes to listen to my concerns. If you have any type of health anxiety, avoid Dr. Gast. He pretty much laughed at me for coming with my concerns... it’s doctors like him that make people avoid going to the doctors office for concerns. Terrible bed side manner. Will never see him again.
Very short, not professional, has no interest in building a relationship.
I would give this Dr.a 0/5 but I don't have that choice. This Dr.clearly doesn't listen to his patients nor does he care about their health. He acted like he was in a hurry and while I was talking to him he just repeated himself,he then got up and said "well good luck"!!! Apparently,seizures are no big deal to him!
I went this doctor regarding anxiety and right away he is pushing a drug on me and when I came back telling it wasn't working he told me to stick to it. He doesn't listen to his patients!
I will not go back to this doctor since I had a severely swollen ankle and he said he could find nothing wrong with it and to go back to my rheumatologist and when I did the x-rays clearly showed it was bone on bone and needed attention. I ended up having surgery.
