Dr.Gardner may be over work. Trying to get a simple staple removal has been a horrible experience. One of the reasons being that the office manager seemingly being overwhelmed and overwork. She was rude, unprofessional, and just unpleasant. She was short with me and very impatience. She expressed to me how she is the only person working upfront. I feel she may need a vacation.
