Dr.Gardner may be over work. Trying to get a simple staple removal has been a horrible experience. One of the reasons being that the office manager seemingly being overwhelmed and overwork. She was rude, unprofessional, and just unpleasant. She was short with me and very impatience. She expressed to me how she is the only person working upfront. I feel she may need a vacation. I found Dr. Gardner and his staff to be very professional and helpful. Dr.. Gardner explained the evaluation process and the actual procedure that I would be having, in a clear and concise manner. I appreciated the courteous service provided at this medical office.
