The whole experience was great. The nurses had great bedside manners as did the Dr. He and the other Dr.s involved came in and explained everything and asked if we had any questions. Everything went great!!!
Best doctor ever
The staff was so great. Every single person would trying their hardest. They made me feel welcome and way better about my surgery. Then Dr. James g. McDowell Jr came in. First time I'd seen Dr. McDowell. My Dr. Goldberg referred me to him because my hospital couldn't do the surgery. Dr. McDowell made me feel way better. He is such a pleasant person. I really do want to thank the staff and the doctor for my nice experience.
Dr. McDowell is an awesome dr. He's very kind and friendly. Has a great bedside manner. Listens to what your saying. I drive about an 1 hr or more to get to his office in Springfield and it's worth it.
