There are so many things I could say about Dr. Foster but the biggest one that comes to mind is EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. Foster has been taking care of my mom for several years now. Most recently he has been seeing her for breast cancer of her right breast. Dr. Foster has taken the time to explain everything in detail and helped us to understand what was best for my mom .
