Receptionist was extremely rude not once but the 4 times I called! Seems that she hates her job! Dr Bass performed a pap smear and cervical check at 9 weeks pregnant, even tho I had said that I had one 4 months ago, but he still insisted on doing one. It was extremely painful and I was spotting red and green discharge for days and it was burning so bad! I called to see if they could check me because I was thinking I might of got an infection, but receptionist told me that I needed to wait 6 weeks to be seen for my next apt. ... read more
Dr. James G. Bass delivered my first child when I was just 17 years old, and he has consistently treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect ever since. He is, without a doubt, the best OB-GYN I have ever had. I was truly relieved and grateful to learn of his return, especially knowing he would be delivering my fourth child.
