The receptionist is very rude and passive aggressive. They take over a month to call back. I asked for a full check up as well since I was already paying out of pocket I just wanted it done and they didn’t even do it. The bedside manner is god awful and they don’t take pain very seriously and even brush you off when you express what’s causing the pain. Dr. James G. Bass delivered my first child when I was just 17 years old, and he has consistently treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect ever since. He is, without a doubt, the best OB-GYN I have ever had. I was truly relieved and grateful to learn of his return, especially knowing he would be delivering my fourth child.
