I would definitely not recommend him. He overtalks you when you tried to tell him what your situation's about and honestly all the attorneys I've dealt with. He is very lazy at doing the job so if you want to lose your case, hire him!
He didnt fight for this case! Cuasing my sister to loose custody and allegedly said maybe becuase the judge was catholic! My sister fell on hard times after my mom passed but she has been an amazing mother the last 2 years she works 2 jobs has a family vehical and has been present and sober! My nephews father abandoned his son and now his mom got upset becuase he was attending a Christian school as this is our beliefs! I mean yeah his prices are cheap. But he's very rude and acts like he doesn't have time to answer any questions you might have. Like he just took my paperwork then shoved me out the door.
I have used him several times and he gets the job done! He is very reasonable with prices, He will call you right back and will always call to check in with you! And if you have any questions he will answer them over the phone. Very polite and respectful! I definitely recommend him!
I called Mr.Funke and before I could even get a full sentence out, he was cutting me off and talking down to me. He was very rude. I tried to turn the conversation around several times and he just kept being disrespectful. For a person who is SUPPOSED to be in a helping profession, he was a complete jerk.
