Kind, respectful and VERY caring! I had planned with them a year before my mother passed away so most things were taken care of already. They understood my feelings from the day I first called to tell them I was told by Hospice to plan my Mom's funeral arrangements. She lived one more year and then it was time to call them again. They had all her information at their fingertips and so everything went so smoothly. I live in Las Vegas and my Mom was buried with my Dad in NY. My father passed away on December 13th of this year. We had previously established a pre-planned funeral so most things had already been taken care of. However, there are always loose ends and everything was handled beautifully. Chris Tombline, the funeral director was wonderful. I can not give enough accolades to the entire group! Two difficult days went so smoothly.

Romanelli James Stephen helped me with my father's wake and funeral. They were wonderful! They did everything they could to make a difficult time easier - from reasonable fees to assistance with veterans' burial. There was no "strong-arm" selling, just the opposite - the owner made us feel comfortable and secure. These are wonderful people!

When a loved one passes it is obviously an overwelming time of emotions and confusion.The staff at James Stephen Romanelli Funeral Home treated me and my entire family with excellent service and respect. Our loved one was our 100 year old Grandmother and family Matriach. We had a large sized family and many questions. The staff helped us tremondously get through a very difficult time and provided a wonderful service . I will highly recommend them for all your funeral needs.
