You need to get rid of the AI Scottish call answer thing. Terrible, just terrible. Was ready to hang up after numerous times repeating postcode and address. Seemingly everyone hates the thing, I can see you losing a lot of business with it.
Great communication and plenty of time/opportunity to amend timing of appointment if required. Given a pm time slot which was met comfortably. Service carried out efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.
Fantastic service. Only thing missing, but trivial, was a text in the morning to make us aware when the engineer would be coming to us. The guy that attended to our boiler was well mannered, efficient and took the time to explain certain things to me regarding my plan with yourself. 10/10.
