Working with James Free was so much better than I could have hoped for. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I was completely happy with my ring. My engagement ring is absolutely stunning! James Free helped my fiance craft the most perfect diamond ring for me, custom setting surrounding a GORGEOUS solitaire diamond that they helped him hand select. I never thought I would be so in love with a piece of jewelry, but it is absolutely perfect. Sherri Valentine is a wonderful sales rep. and she guided him through the whole process with no pressure. I can't wait to go in and thank them myself!
This jewelry store has the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Not only did they help us out a few months ago when we were looking for an engagement ring, but Tara Michelle even put a rush on it for my fiance so that he could ask before the holidays. Without question, the most appallingly poor customer service at a supposedly "upscale" jeweler that I've ever encountered. Would never consider entering the store again. If zero stars were an option here, that is what I would give.

I discovered that I can send my watch directly to one of the Rolex service centers (NY, Chicago or LA) and get my watch serviced for $400 less that what James Free estimated.
If she's getting a Diamond, you should get a watch.
If you're shopping for diamonds, James Free is the best in town.
