Warren Tripp. I purchased a Tag Huere watch from James Free Jewelers on 3/12/22 After about 3 months it quit working properly. Obviously defective when I bought it. They sent it back to the manufacture. Later I was told that the watch would not be repaired until 31 august 2022. Way too long. I think James free should replace the the defective watch or give me my money back.
James Free Jewelers on Far Hills Avenue in Dayton are wonderful. They provided great service and did exactly what I had asked for in fixing my wedding ring. Darlene Johnson was very attentive to my needs and created a beautiful setting for my ring that surpassed what it originally was before. I love it! I would definitely encourage anyone to go to this store if they are looking for jewelry and great customer service.
Ordered a Gucci ghost ring my boyfriend wore ring for 6 hours already incredibly tarnished you can see the bronze peeking through when there is supposed to be sterling silver false advertising Gucci I am incredibly angry and of course I can't get a refund although they are false advertising

Although you did not reach out to us regarding a return, our return policy, on our website and sent with each package, states that the piece must be returned in an unused, unworn state with all tags attached, including the Gucci Tag and the James Free "Do Not Remove" tag. Had a great experience when we went to go check out engagement rings. We ended up getting the ring there and the salesman we had( aaron? i think) was knowledgeable and explained all the different diamond sizes, prices, quality,etc. Went back to get the ring resized and they did it within a few days. Overall, i recommend them!
Had such an excellent shopping experience. Debbie did a wonderful job helping me pick out my beautiful ring that was my Christmas present. She was extremely helpful!
