We recently had our 2022 Mustang serviced at James Ford. We bought the car at another dealership and included the service package from Ford. The people at James Ford were very cordial and completed the service on time and with no problems. Thanks James Ford!
Some problem with the organization in this dealership. They steal time from car carriers. Prepare to wait. Although the flowers inside and outside are beautiful.
Don’t buy car from this used dealership. You will have problems after problems! They will want more money thank what’s the car is worth!
