Bad appointment system , good luck if you have little or no internet . Appalling. Theres literally a receptionist sat there , tried twice gave up make things harder to access so they give up . People arent stupid
They are brilliant, every doctor I have seen has been fantastic.
Its not my usual practice but was sent here for a blood test...a lovely nurse called irina took my blood and was very gentle and caring...just wanted to let you know how happy i was with her..😁
This isn’t my usual practice but I was sent there for a blood test because my own practice had longer waiting times. I cannot fault the medical staff one bit. Engaging, warm reception and chatty. I like that. However, while I was waiting I couldn’t help but notice the ingrained dirt and grime (sweat stains) on their bench sofas. For a GP practice I find that quite shocking but I’m even more surprised the practice manager hasn’t noticed that or any of the staff (Drs, nurses) for that matter.
