I want to clarify somethings regarding my previous review. Yes, I did request a quote on some changes. However, I decided against the changes, and the footage was the same as when I received the first quote. Nothing changed. I did add a gate in the back on the Galvanized fence, for which I paid for. There was absolutely no changes except the gate. I have all the emails showing that I decided not to add to the first quote. Well, I got screwed for about $1,000. They didn't bother to physically measure my yard. They used satellite view instead. They accidentally gave me black chain link when I ordered galvanized. Black is more expensive product. I paid what Sales Order said. They came back and said they used more fence then quoted. They should have come and measured. They charged me an extra $1,000. I was very happy with the new aluminum fence put in by James Fencing. I received a contract right away and was given an estimate on how long I would have to wait for installation. The workers were very professional and helpful. I was kept informed every step of the way. The fence looks great!
