I was very happy with the new aluminum fence put in by James Fencing. I received a contract right away and was given an estimate on how long I would have to wait for installation. The workers were very professional and helpful. I was kept informed every step of the way. The fence looks great!
Terrible experience! Zero communication! They don’t answer the phone but then blame you for not being home when they deem to show up. Took days off work the days they said they would be there and they didn’t show up or call. Do not hire James!!!!!
James fencing is one of the best!! I’ve used them twice now and am completely satisfied! As far as the negative review about having to wait it’s worth it in every way. Honestly it their demand for customers. You should have called sooner rather than later, I despise false reviews when I know James Fencing is one of the best as I stated. Thank you James and all staff for your service and hard work!! I won’t use anyone else!
