He is negative five stars. A true liability that somehow slips through the crack. Have had a 23 plus year history with this Dr. Quack,errrrr i mean Black. In that time i am only going to give three examples of his best handiwork, potentially life threatening misdiagnoses.when i was a Kid he diagnosed me as having gas pain when my appendix needed to be removed via emergency surgery.
