I arrived at the emergency department via ambulance on August 25th with chest pain, shortness of breath, tachycardia, and arrhythmia. I have a history of atrial fibrillation with RVR, atrial flutter, and documented non-sustained ventricular tachycardia. During this visit, my monitor showed R-on-T waves and non-sustained ventricular tachycardia, both serious and potentially life-threatening. Went to ER 4/13/25 was seen by FNP and had infection in both ears and left ear draining, sent home with antibiotics. Was told would feel better in about 2 to 3 days. 3 days later, I felt worse, 2nd visit to ER saw Dr. Fallin. Told him I had infection in both ears, one ear draining, along with chest congestion, pain from ears running down jaw line and into neck, very weak, headaches and coughing continuously. Dr Fallin, MD, was very professional and explained the results of my X-Ray and CT scan. I was given adequate pain medication and was discharged with instructions for home care.

I appreciate the excellent care and kindness shown by Dr James Fallin. The team in the emergency room was professional and kind despite the busy situation the department was handling. c
