Wanted to change commercial insurance companies. Representative, I believe named Matt. He wasn’t interested and after two attempts I gave up. Poor business practice.
A wonderful company. A few weeks ago, I contacted the main office asking to speak with someone about obtaining new auto insurance. I was promptly connected with Ryan Gillies and he was an absolute professional. Ryan listened to what I was saying, searched for quotes, and presented me with some options. Additionally, he was personable and communicated very effectively (and answered outside of business hours - thank you!). I would recommend James F Sutton Agency LTD to anyone looking!
Talk about an all star team. Last day of the month. 4:58pm. I had finally just closed on our new family vehicle and Patrice at Sutton Insurance came thru bigtime. Handled the processing and thank god got me out of that dealership free and clear. Not many people stay late to help a customer, she was special. It meant so much that she stayed late to help me and my family. Love this company, and the people that work within it. Thank you so much!!!!
