The most unprofessional practice I have encountered. I am not a patient but someone who drives there elderly father to his appointments. Not one time have I been here that the wait time was at least an hour before getting to see the doctor. I accept that emergencies come up, but fail to believe that every time we are here it is at least an hour wait and this has nothing to do with Covid. Not acceptable.
