I brought my infant as a new patient to see Dr Leffingwell (the alleged owner of all locations of Cross Timbers ENT) & had the absolute worst experience of all providers I have ever worked with or seen as a patient...and I'm an RN. The wait time (not including my arrival 20 min before my baby's appt time) was 1.5hr before I ever saw the doctor. And then he was in the room all of 6.5mins. I visited Dr. Leffingwell today- although he was not able to treat me for a rare disorder, he gave me a list of doctors he recommended and has also followed up with me to tell me if any of the specialists can’t see me to let him know and he’ll do anything he can to help. Very empathetic and kind. I highly recommend him
