Wonderful Doctors, Horrible wait times. I've been a patient with this group for 10+ years and love love love Dr. Lori Anderson! There are a few problems with this office however. I've found the ladies that staff the office to be rude on occasion and the wait times are insane! Often I wait in the waiting room for over an hour to be let into the examination room, where I often wait over an hour again! This is insufferable.
The office manager and office staff needs fired!!! Dr. Lawless is a very intelligent man and I feel very safe putting my trust in him! His nursing staff is very good and friendly. Now, for the dirt! The office manager needs to be fired. She does not know how to run the office. The office staff comes in dressed in wrinkles and do not know how to smile. an old guy Jeff is an excellent physician that listens to his patients. Excellent manner and good skills. He never over reacts my medical anxieties.
