The employees at Lahey's are truly EXTRAORDINARY. Bar none, these individuals bring to fruition the ethos of Customer Service. They are well informed, helpful in sharing their knowledge, and definitely lend a sympathetic ear. These are crucial standards in this "dog-eat-dog" world we have inadvertently (at least I hope) created. Kudos to these humans who defy the odds and do what they do with skill AND compassion.
