I've never got anything from them but curious as to why there's no signage at their new place on main Street. Seems like their a secret or something lol.
I was assured an appointment was not necessary to pick up my window as long as a technician was available. I confirmed and then arrived I 1.5 hours. I was informed that the technician was busy receiving and I would have to wait. So I went away for an hour. When I returned I was assured it would be done soon. Almost 2 hours later it’s still not ready. Who knows when I’ll get out of here.
The employees at Lahey's are truly EXTRAORDINARY. Bar none, these individuals bring to fruition the ethos of Customer Service. They are well informed, helpful in sharing their knowledge, and definitely lend a sympathetic ear. These are crucial standards in this "dog-eat-dog" world we have inadvertently (at least I hope) created. Kudos to these humans who defy the odds and do what they do with skill AND compassion. Thank you all!
New location friendly service
Ordered and replaced 7 pieces of low-E 2 pane class at one of our properties，Although we had experienced a bit of hiccups，but Gurleen resolved the issues perfectly with her professionalism and patience！Thank you very much, Gurleen and the amazing installation staff that she sent second time!
