I was admitted to the hospital for my month-long migraine. He saw me in the hospital and was extremely helpful and gave me a protocol for the hospitalists and nurses to use to put me on the right track to help break the cycle of my month-long migraine. He wanted to make sure we worked together with him, the other drs in the hospital, my drs, and the nurses as a team approach, and not as just a doctor dictating what was happening. I’ll be forever grateful to Dr. Alonso.
I’ve been a patient since 2015 & can honestly say he’s been professional and was able to find what was causing my headaches. The entire office has always been polite, prompt in refills & scheduling etc.
Dr. Alonso and his office have provided exceptional care from my first phone call. Dr. Alonso is kind, patient and communicates well, and his care has been amazing. I highly recommend him.
Can never get appointment staff never answer phone had seizure after stoke and craniotomy in 2014. mbmc staff and neurology department had failed to provide any plan of care or instructions regarding after care over past 5 years. Would not recommend Missouri Baptist for any cardiology or neurology care . Finally your commercial states world class medicine? Urgent care provides better service . I worked healthcare for more than 25 years most at BJC I never provided such below average care to the patients I cared for. Shame on... read more
Awesome neurologist. I have had several different neurologists and he is the best. Office visits are smooth and the staff works well with you. They don’t schedule anything over 6 months, which I love. I recommend him.
