The office in Woodville, has a wonderful staff. No waiting time. The Doctor answered my questions. Ordered glasses when they arrived a slight wear. Order replacement, order was on back log. Patty I spoke with often. Patiently I waited. The pleasure of Patty keeping me informed. With my health and the back log. On trip I went to the one in Kingwood and pick out new glasses.
