Lack of follow-up and concern for patient care I was seen by Dr. Epperly at the Scott’s Hill ER for severe pain and migraines. While he did prescribe medication, the pharmacy could only fill part of it due to limited stock. When I contacted the ER for help getting the remainder, I was told that only Dr. Epperly could resolve it. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach him, and no one from the ER was willing to assist in addressing the issue. This left me without adequate pain relief or guidance on what to do next. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. DO NOT see if you want your concerns listened to or taken serious!!!
If you end up with this guy walk the other way! Concerns were not heard and only left feeling worse and confused. Would give 0 stars if I could.
