Dr. Elrod has always taken excellent care of me and my diabetes. My A1c is 6.7 and I have lost over 60 lbs. He did a preventive CT and found a spot on my right lung on a 5 year follow up. The Oncologist was surprised to hear that it was found and referred by my General Practitioner. He said that is very rare. Thanks to Jim it was caught early and the surgery to correct was quick and simple. I feel better now than I did when I was 40. Thanks Jim!! Update- my A12 is at 6.2 and I am down to a size 32 waist. Thank you Jim!
Professional. Listens, perhaps too well, because he almost always runs late. But he gives his patients his ear snd is responsive to their needs. But, he is slow. If you do not mind possibly having to wait for him, he is worth waiting for.
