The best of doctors! (It is difficult to understand how ungrateful a person can be, giving a one-star review after this doctor has served their family tremendously for 20 years just because he couldn't get a frequent appointment for his wife who was a new patient with Dr. Eichel)
Dr. Eichel has been our family doctor for over 20 years, providing excellent care for my father, mother, and sister. Last year, my wife Maia and I also became patients of Dr. Eichel, expecting the same level of care. However, we have faced significant difficulties in accessing appointments to establish care. On two separate occasions, Dr. Eichel's staff scheduled urgent care visits for us over a year in advance, which is simply unacceptable.
