I went to Dr. Egan for a follow up. He did a complete exam. He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and did not rush me out of the office. His staff were all friendly and helpful. I will keep coming back to this doctor.
Dreadful experience with Dr.Egan. His lack of judgement and follow up lead to disaster. Will not forget and forgive!!!
I called after hours because of extreme pain. When I tried to tell him my symptoms, he kept cutting me off, never letting me explain what was wrong or what meds I was taking. He shouted, "what do you want me to do for you?" Well, I didn't know because I'm not an MD. Did I need a different medication, or to take more of my medication, (and was that safe?) He didn't let me ask. He just yelled, "if you're in pain, go to the E.R." Well, thanks, I never thought of that.
First, he punctured my husband's colon during a scheduled colonoscopy, resulting in an emergency surgery, and spreading cancer throughout my husband's abdomen. My husband then grew intestinal tumors, and the blockages and required an ileostomy. As the tumors grew, my husband could no longer eat and required g-tube. We specifically asked for any other doctor to perform the second procedure, but Egan showed up. Did a great job at cottage hospital caring for AVP in my upper gastrointestinal track I recommend
Dr. Egan has an excellent bedside manner, put me at ease, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedures! He was very thorough and I was informed about the process of my procedures at each step. While I was in recovery, Dr. Egan explained what was discovered, as well as, the treatment. He even provided us with a complete dictation of the procedures, along with pictures. Thank you Dr. Egan for your expertise!
I've had a good experience with Dr. Egan. He's been helpful in assisting me to figure out what's going on.
Horrible experience with this doctor. Extremely uncaring and unprofessional. Did not call with test results, then called and literally screamed at me that nothing is wrong with me!! I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor before.
