Wasn’t going to leave this review but people should know. I got married 5 years, I made an appointment here for hair and makeup at 9am on Sunday. I get a call a day prior asking if I could go in at 10. I said ok. When I got there I started with makeup, it was just ok for $170. I then proceeded to do my hair and no one knew I was a bride! Angie is an amazingly talented makeup artist at James Edward Salon! She always delivers the perfect look for every event I have and makes me feel so beautiful and confident. Her artistry never fails to suit me perfectly, and I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. I highly recommend Angie — and Edward James Salon — if you want to look and feel like a true goddess.
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this salon. The customer service was disorganized and unprofessional from the beginning. I was given the makeup artist’s contact information, but when I reached out to her directly, she redirected me back to the salon without providing any pricing details.
