I spoke with Bobby with JEJ who gave us an estimate to re-install our burglar bars after having new windows put in years ago. After scheduling with Jeannie they came out and did a phenomenal job. They were on time, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. Excellent customer service received from JEJ. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
BAD CUSTOMER SERIVE! The lady who answers the phones blocked both of my numbers, and I know this because when I call from another number my call goes through. They are quick to take your money and have a 3 day limit after you pay if you want a refund, but take forever to REFUND my money. Go somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
