Hired Jim after a 1.5 year mediation went completely off the rails. He cleaned up the situation in a calming, professional, and humorous way. His rate was higher than the previous mediator, but he is efficient, has a great network of people in the legal community, and focuses on getting the job done. Overall I spent much less on him than the mediator and had a fair outcome. Wisdom tidbit: if you are in a mediation situation, hire a lawyer.
