Dismissive, rude, and didn’t run proper testing. In a rush to get you out of the emergency room without actually caring how you’re feeling. Walked out of the room in the middle of me asking questions. Left feeling the same way I did going in. Terrible.

I went to the RI hospital ED for what turned out to be a herniated disc. Dr. Monti was assigned to me. He was extremely warm, attentive, professional, and thorough, and helped me get the tests and scans that I needed. My ER visit was much faster than I expected and he and staff were wonderful.
After getting hit by a car, I sat in the ED for hours. Dr Monti was kind, attentive, pushed to get my X-rays and to get my ct scans. He kept checking in with me and explained everything that was happening. He made a very traumatic experience better in every way!
