Driving home to chicago trough NY got a BS speeding ticket, in my personal vehicle,but im a CDL driver , my license is my living ! Did some research on line decided to call Mr Kleinbaum. Man what a great move . He got me a great result ! So thankful to him and his staff !
Worked with James in the past never had an issue, but the secretary woman(s) who answers the phone is always very rude and dismissive. Terrible attitude and a bad representation of the firm. Gave me the run around for 3 weeks just to say they no longer service my area but wasn’t able to give me that information the first 3 times I called. If you can get in touch with James directly it’s worth it but having to deal with the attitude of the woman who picks up the phone you’re better off going else where.
