Worked with James in the past never had an issue, but the secretary woman(s) who answers the phone is always very rude and dismissive. Terrible attitude and a bad representation of the firm. Gave me the run around for 3 weeks just to say they no longer service my area but wasn’t able to give me that information the first 3 times I called. If you can get in touch with James directly it’s worth it but having to deal with the attitude of the woman who picks up the phone you’re better off going else where.
I never had the opportunity to work with James Kleinbaum, as he blew off our scheduled appointment that I took time off of work for. I find this behavior unprofessional and would not recommend him.
My driver license was suspended because I unknowingly missed a traffic court date. I called the Austerlitz town court for weeks trying to figure out how to get my license reinstated, but it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone there. I made one call to James Kleinbaum's office around 4PM the day after Memorial Day, and James took my call and immediately emailed me the documents I needed in order to get my license reinstated at the DMV the very same day before they closed. I'm very grateful, thank you James and team!
Careful who you ask to represent you. Dude loves using some colorful words in debates with people online. Imagine how he talks about clients in private
After reading his online reviews, I decided to allow Mr. Kleinbaum to represent me in the Queensbury court for a speeding ticket. Although he said upfront that there were no guarantees, he successfully had the ticket reduced to a parking violation. Extraordinary results! Thank you Mr. Kleinbaum.
