Dr Johnson is VERY personable and took the time to explain my MRI pics in language and terms that I could understand. He was VERY honest about the POSSIBILITY of relief and was pretty darn patient with my questions as well.
My son is a paraplegic and he refused to see him. His nurse explained they are unable to accommodate him as they don't have a hoyer lift. He explained that he does not use a hoyer lift. He is able to transfer onto the treatment table and lay on his stomach as required. He has done this before in the same office. They still refused to see him. Absolute discrimination and we are filing a complaint.
IM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PAIN MANAGEMENT DR. BUT THE ONLY REVIEW I BELIEVE ON THIS THREAD IS "MR. CALMDOWN SHANES" ALL THIS OTHERS READ LIKE SCRIPTS, I NEED EPIDURAL SHOTS AGAIN AND I ALSO NEED ONE THAT PRESCRIBES PAIN MEDS, BECAUSE THE SHOT ONLY WORKS A SHORT WHILE " MAYBE A WEEK, IF AT ALL. I WISH SHANE HAD MENTIONED WHERE HE WENT AFTER THIS PLACE TO RECEIVE THE HELP HE SAYS HE FINALLY GOT.

Did an outstanding job helping my mom. Very friendly, great bedside manner. Explained complicated medical situations in everyday easy to understand language.
