I called the number to get an appointment, it is routed to a 'Resource' center. They take name, DOB, insurance etc etc. THEN they transfer you to the office to make an appointment. But the office never answers, leave a message, actually 3 over a week, and NO ONE returns my call. The Resource office also tries to call, and no answer. I ask if Dr Kerri Barnes is taking any new patients, he checks, and yes she is.It has been over 2 weeks, and still no call from them. It's to hard to even get an appointment, VERY disappointed.
