I went to this hair salon on two different occasions, the first time they added a hidden charge that I requested to get taken of as i was not made aware. The hair itself was very disappointing as it was not what i asked for (full head of highlights). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time (after 2-3 months) and the hair stylist did make a comment about how they did nothing the first appointment (paraphrasing).
