I have called several times and left messages. They don't return calls nor fix the issues. The apartments (Ivy Ridge)I live in have had several managers who never stay. It would be nice if these matters were handled before raising the rent.
I was wrongfully listed as evicted from an apartment I had already moved out of and returned the keys for. The situation has caused unnecessary stress and complications that I’m now working to resolve. I’ve sought legal counsel to address the matter and ensure it’s properly corrected. I encourage future tenants to document every interaction and keep all communication in writing.
I can guarantee the evict residents for non payment but their hired contractors have to fight tooth and nail to get paid for work completed. Wish the urgency in payment was reciprocated
Great company! Always thinking of innovative ways to develop affordable housing and mixed use communities.
Weak effort to follow through with contractual obligations, particularly his kids. They seem to fish a lot though.
