I can guarantee the evict residents for non payment but their hired contractors have to fight tooth and nail to get paid for work completed. Wish the urgency in payment was reciprocated

Weak effort to follow through with contractual obligations, particularly his kids. They seem to fish a lot though.
This is the worst management group in Charleston. They take advantage of their tenants and are not good people. Do not live, or let your loved ones live, in any of their properties.
This company is the worse company I've ever dealt with living in an apartment complex. They have had SEVERAL issues with their property managers "losing" rent. Then, giving residents 5 days to pay or they process evictions. Most recently over 50 people got notices on their doors about them owing thousands of dollars. Apparently, the police are involved and doing an investigation into the most recent manager they fired on 8/12/2024. But, they have not communicated with ANY residents about what's going on & still haven't found... read more
