James totally exceeded our expectations! He helped my husband and I purchase our home from out of state and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our decision. For our first time home buying experience- James Doebelin made it seamless. We were working on purchasing from out of state and on a time crunch when it came to looking at houses. He was organized and had several showings lined up when we got into town. He also was able to line additional showings up quickly as more homes came on the market so we could see them while in town. I’ve bought a few homes over my lifetime and as a result, I’ve been through a few realtors. I used to think I could do their job better than they could because in the past that was true. However, with James I was proven wrong. He made the process more comfortable and easier than anything I’ve previously experienced.
