Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I contacted Jimmy to ask a few general questions about a property he was representing. From the start, his tone was noticeably unprofessional, though I remained respectful throughout the conversation. Immediately after our call, he texted me saying, "Never call or text me again." Based on this interaction, I find it hard to trust the positive reviews. Years of experience don’t excuse unprofessional behavior.

I have worked with a lot realtors and can tell you that I wouldn’t recommend Jimmy to my worst enemy. He never provided feedback or follow up at all. When we did have an offer the buying agent was told that we were not negotiable, all because the agent asked for me by name. Jimmy proceeded to call and yell at me because of this and his extreme paranoia of a possible deal behind his back. He is rude, loud and disrespectful and offended me frequently. To your response, the above is 100 percent true and accurate.

Jimmy was so helpful in every step of the way. He got to know us and understood our circumstances and situation. He really went out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and happy with the purchase. Best experience ever.
