I am very disappointed with the manner in which Narzahni Crumbie treated me. She appeared rushed and did not check my vitals. She entered the room, asked why I was there, then immediately began writing lab work. Seemed totally disinterested in my condition. I wasn’t feeling all that well and was having a difficult time with my stomach. She began typing the lab orders on her computer trying to explain what they were. This was my first time seeing Dr. Baba. I found her to be very congenial and thorough. I felt very comfortable with her addressing my medical needs. I received my test results very quickly also which I appreciated.
I am a former hospital board member so look at medical care from a perspective that has good information about the interactions between caregiverer and patients. Dr. Berry recently moved to Colfax, WA. I used him because the wait for the other urologist in town was long, knowing I could go there if I was unhappy with Dr. Berry. It was just the opposite. My experience with Dr. Berry was one of the best I have every had as a patient. He is knowledgeable, clear, compassionate and thorough. I researched both him and my symptoms... read more
Dr. Berry is great but can't say the same for his staff. They don't respond to voice messages. I left 3 messages over different days and nobody every bothered calling back. I finally had to call after hours and the answering service put me through to Dr. Berry at his home which should not be necessary if his staff would respond to patients.
I am or was a new patient of Dr. Iftikhar in July 2023. The doctor recommended a comprehensive stool analysis based on the fact of me having constant diarrhea for upwards of 6 mths. The results were mostly positive except for a marginal score on the performance of my pancreas as it relates the bodies digesting of food. I welcome a follow but the doctor, nor his office, never called back to setup a followup appointing and phone calls to his office were never returned either.
