Mr David James was the defense council for my daughter. It is in my personal opinion that he was sub par. He seemed to be running at half speed and after reading the trial transcripts he missed several opportunities in defending and when he told my daughter that his defense was that the prosecutor only had to prove his case. Well when you don't object or do an effective cross, you give the jury no other choice. There was no valid test of the charges. I called in and discussed a potential case. I was told I would receive a call back from an attorney. A week later, a random secratary called and said they would not take the case, had no referrals, and no advise. I lost a week in trying to secure justice and have nothing to show for it because this firm will promise one thing and do another. Take your case elsewhere.
