This Guy has suddenly gone silent, has all my tax data for the year with all my documents and will not respond to calls or messages. He has had my data since January, and fist said he had car trouble next it was a computer failing to start up and knowing I am a Computer Specialist he has failed to 1 bring it to me to get it fixed or at the least answer message and keep in touch. I requested a meeting to ask what my filling required for that year and how he would go about it. He conducted himself properly and seemed knowledgeable and willing to receive a new account. So I provided the documents that were required for that years filling, and asked him to contact me if he considered that something was required to complete or help with the filling. My wife and I have been going to Darren for years now he has made everything much easier then it has been in the past, We will continue to use Darren for as long as we can. We bring him our records and he lets us know what to expect and when everything will be ready and he has a very reasonable price. Thank you again Darren and we will see you next year.

As a Tax Preparer Darren does a good job of plugging numbers into a computer program. As a Tax professional, not so good. I should've learned from year, my tax forms were mailed back to late, but at least I got them before April 15th. Not the case this year. The excuse was the same, "was marked as shipped but wasn't". So this year my payment cheque cleared on April 2nd and Darren text me on the 3rd saying he is shipping forms back to me. Wednesday before tax day I ask for tracking number. No reply.
