It all started with a note we received in the mail letting us know that James and his team were looking for properties in Royal Oak and to give them a call. I am so glad I made that call. From the beginning James, Mariah, and Amie were open honest and responsive. Not only did they help us sell our home, but they also helped us purchase a new home that we are thrilled with. If you are looking to buy or sell a new home, I highly recommend giving them a call.
James and Amie did an amazing job with the sale of my mom's house in Troy. I had selected them based on their success with other nearby home sales, and found James's guidance invaluable. Amie was amazingly helpful and responsive to all my questions and needs throughout the listing, showing and sale process. Both of them were so enjoyable to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area planning to buy or sell a house or condo.

James Danley is very professional Realtor, he works very hard for his clients he know's what he's doing, for example, I had a certain set price I wanted for my home, he knew exactly how to draw the people in to get me the price I wanted, he also worked very closely with the appraiser, and if you know anything about saling a home that's very important.
