James and his team have helped me buy and sell a few homes over the years. They have always done an excellent job of market analysis and sales. They give transparent consultations and James is one of the best negotiators in the business. His background gives him a unique and competitive edge compared to most realtors. Maybe don't mail out ambiguous solicitation letters to people actively working on improving their homes and say your client wants to build. Say what you mean: will I sell so you can bulldoze my house and build the edge to edge monstrosities that are ruining the character of cities all over metro Detroit? No thank you. Lose my address.
James is fantastic, very knowledgeable about the markets, how to position selling/buying a home and always very respectful.
