I took my girls to James Dalton for their yearly physical with Pediatrician Dr. Taylan and did not have a good experience. I had to correct my address twice with reception, and I'm still not sure if the right address is on there. I also added my wife (the mother of both daughters) to receive medical information with reception and that was not included in their charts. Had a URI (Upper Repistory Infection) tried to make an appointment and they said their Drs. Are all old so they dont accept any chest/lung ailments. Ive been calling them for 2 days because I have an ear infection and I need Amoxacilan and they havent returned my calls so now I have to go to the ER 30 min away when their building is around the corner from my house which is why I picked them.
Prompt & friendly service haven't waited in a line for awhile now and they get u right in but don't be more than 15 min late I don't care how good your excuse is u will have to come another day ...
