The office staff was not at all empathetic with my pregnancy loss. I sat in the waiting room for a long time sobbing and bleeding while everyone else was happy. They didn't relay the message to the back staff when it was time for me to be seen, so my husband had to re-explain everything. We had a wonderful experience at Medical Center Enterprise! We started seeing Dr. Pollard at the Enterprise Women's Clinic and he ended up being the OB to deliver our first baby. We had an exceptional labor and delivery experience and honestly wouldn't have wanted anything any differently. He was very attentive and is a very personable doctor.
