Dr. Miller is fantastic! He listened to all of my concerns and questions leading up to surgery and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My recovery was better than I imagined it would be and his team was responsive and helpful throughout that process.
Dr. Miller replaced my left knee TKR in January 2025. He thoroughly explained the process and we had in depth conversations about the surgery, recovery what to expect during healing and beyond. I would highly recommend working with him and his care team for your mobility issues.
Dr. James Miller and his team are awesome. There is nothing about my two surgeries (both right and left hips) that I could have imagine any better outcome. Every step was explained along the way. After my surgeries, I was up and walking as soon as 2 hours after, and walked upstairs to go to bed at home that evening. My life activities were so limited for 5 years before my surgeries. My only regret is that I waited so long.
I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother. I’m pretty certain she was supposed to see Dr miller, but only saw the physician assistant who wasn’t helpful in the slightest, and neither was this office in general. She has end stage osteoarthritis, and unable to walk at this point, and Cassandra told her that she is too fat and they cannot help her, which I think is sickening and wrong to not only be fat shaming patients, but how can you call yourselves doctors if you won’t help the patients that need you? VERY satisfied with both of my hip replacements. The outcomes couldn’t have been any better. I had spent years trying to find a doctor who could find the cause of the pain in my lower legs. No one could diagnose my condition until another doctor referred me to doctor Miller. He told me why he thought I would benefit from a hip replacement and explained in detail what would happen during the surgery and the time frame for the recovery, including exactly what I needed to do to maximize the recovery process.
