They are rushed, do not listen and just aren't nice to people. They are in violation of state and medicare licensig laws on ethical patient treatmenr. The⁸y have no tine to talk with the patient and less interest. Phones do not ring to their office which is both time consuming and da gerous. Their head nurses manners would be far less nasty and upsetting if she transferred to a morgue. They meither care nor help.
