We’re new to Honolulu and in need of a CPA. On Dec 12, I reached out to Mr Jennings office by leaving a message for Pam, his assistant, inquiring if they were taking new clients. Received no response, so on Dec 18 I sent an email to Mr Jennings via his email address posted on his website. Still no response. I find this very unprofessional, as it would have taken no more than 2 minutes to call, text or email back that they weren’t interested in our business or taking new clients.
