I saw Dr Gonzales for a thyroid needle biopsy and he was extremely informative and made me feel at ease for the procedure. He performed it himself and kept the discomfort to a minimum. I highly recommend him and the staff at Southlake West!
Dr Gonzales is thorough and communicates very well. He and his staff are all top notch. I would refer him every time.
Wow, I’ve actually never worked with anyone in the medical world more unprofessional than Dr. Gonzales. He’s clearly on the tail end of his working years and has completely lost touch with how to communicate and conduct business. He has one foot out the door to retirement and he will not care about you after he’s paid. It is such a wonderful feeling to breath through my nose after the septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery by Dr. Gonzales!! I had a nice sleep during the surgery and was surprised to find there wasn't pain during my recovery and at 1 wk the congestion is gone and I can breathe very well!! Dr. Gonzales did me SO, right! My nose is straight and I can breathe! I’ve had several doctors work on my nose and it just couldn’t be fixed! It was crooked and closed up. Dr. Gonzales has done wonders for my appearance, self confidence and air flow! This doctor won’t let you down. I waited 3.5 months to give this review, so I would be clear of any setbacks! He’s the best.
