Brought my elderly mother there who has dementia to get help with impacted earwax. She can not hear at all. I had been trying at home remedies per her PCPs recommendations. He had zero compassion or patience with me and her. Actually blamed me for "making his job more difficult". Made me feel terrible and did not help at all. He was so discouraging. Dr. Gonzales fixed my sons broken nose that had been broken and growing crooked for 10 years. We thought it was only a deviated septum per the pediatrician. Dr. G did a terrific job and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend him!
This review is SIXTEEN years out and I have recommended Dr Gonzalez to any and every person who speaks of any ENT concerns. I was a nursing student and began having concentration issues. I saw Dr Gonzales for a thyroid needle biopsy and he was extremely informative and made me feel at ease for the procedure. He performed it himself and kept the discomfort to a minimum. I highly recommend him and the staff at Southlake West!
