Quick affordable. Upbeat. Not too intrusive in line of questioning. Professional. Most importantly the hair was done correctly, without issue, and I got exactly what I asked for.
Wow! I'm LOVING my hair! Ashley is very talented and super fun! She recommended a treatment which is a game changer. My hair feels amazing! She did an awesome job on my cut and I love the shampoo and conditioner so much that I bought some and all her prices are super reasonable which I appreciate. I'm already scheduling my color with her! Oh and I also got an eyebrow tint that came out great as well! With everything we did, I was still in and out quick while also having a relaxing experience. Ashley is AMAZING! After a haircut elsewhere that I was unhappy with and didn't feel comfortable going back to the original stylist to have it fixed, I called Ashley James (found her online). From the moment she answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my concerns, invited me in the same day for a consultation and completely transformed my experience. 10/10 experience. The location is an easy find, being inside the creative image style studio, you walk in and her studio is located only a few steps from the entrance. Apart from how personable Ashley is, she really takes time to truly understand what you're wanting to do with your hair! Her energy and spirit is unmatched. My one hour haircut could have easily turned into a full on brunch gab fest. Her work is completely amazing and that alone has gained her a loyal customer!
